Attorneys Gather for ADL Supreme Court Review

ADL’s 16th annual Supreme Court Review was presented to a live audience at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia and webcasted live around the country on July 8. UCI School of Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, Frederick Lawrence, Senior Research Scholar at Yale Law School, Professor of Politics at Brandeis University, and the former President of Brandeis, and Dahlia Lithwick, Senior Editor at Slate  joined ADL Civil Rights Director Deborah Lauter to examine significant civil rights rulings from the Supreme Court’s 2014-2015 term.  They discussed cases dealing with marriage equality, religious freedom, freedom of speech, separation of executive and congressional powers, voting rights and discrimination.
