NextGen is the young professional branch of the Anti-Defamation League’s Pacific Southwest Region. Many are graduates of the Glass Leadership Institute (GLI). NextGen continues where GLI leaves off creating a pathway for leadership while providing opportunities for young professionals to engage with ADL.

Being a part of NextGen gives you:

  • Access to unique insights into local, national, and global issues central to ADL’s mission through live events and online content.
  • The ability to advance the ADL mission through hands-on opportunities to get involved in the community.
  • The opportunity to build relationships with other young professionals who share your enthusiasm for ADL’s mission.
