The evening started with a few words from Regional Director Amanda Susskind about ADL’s role in monitoring and exposing extremist and hate groups and protecting civil rights in America.  Susskind highlighted ADL’s work before, during and after Charlottesville and urged people to join Apatow in an online campaign to support ADL at http://igfn.us/vf/Apatow. Apatow has generously offered to match gifts up to $10,000.
